Statement of application integrity

We want all applicants to present themselves in the best possible light on their application, and we encourage applicants to seek help from friends, parents, counselors and teachers. However, UC expects all applicants to complete their own application material and ensure all information in the application is complete, accurate and truthful.

UC immunization requirements

The UC Immunization Policy requires incoming students to obtain certain vaccinations and screenings recommended for colleges and universities by the California Department of Public Health. The required vaccines currently include: Measles, Mumps and Rubella; Varicella (chickenpox) (VZV), tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Tdap) and the COVID-19 vaccine. Students 21 and younger are required to receive the meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MenACWY), and all incoming students must also complete an online screening questionnaire for tuberculosis (TB), based upon CDPH guidance. Please note: UC may stipulate additional vaccination requirements based on recommendations from the CDPH.
